How does the one-time-fee work?
Just like it sounds. You give us $99. We give you a WebsiteBox website with all the bells and whistles as described here. Includes hosting, forever. What could be simpler?
Is there a contract?
Not really, you just pay once so you won‘t be billed after that. It‘s up to you how long you are going to use the service for.
What types of payments do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept PayPal, POs, or orders over the phone.
What about new versions of the website?
We offer bug fixes and minor updates to your website for free. We offer additional apps and extras in our app store which you might like to purchase for a one-time fee of $99
Is support included?
We do offer ticket, email and live online chat support free of charge. We also have a great knowledgebase and a very active user community forum. To learn more please visit our support page here.
How does the 30 day guarantee work?
If you cancel within 30 days of signing up we will gladly refund your $99, no questions asked!
What web browsers work with WebsiteBox?
Internet Explorer 8 and higher, Firefox 3 and higher, Safari 4 and higher, Chrome 4 and higher. While we do currently provide full support for IE, the most optimal experience can be found using Firefox 3+, Google Chrome 5+, and Safari 4+.
Can you make money with a $99 one-time fee?
Everybody asks that. Our standard answer can be found here. But to summarize, we make a profit by providing such an unbelievable value that EVERYBODY is going to want one (or more!). We also make a profit by providing extra functions and services (e.g. extra email accounts, apps, etc.).
