WebsiteBox Improvements - March 2016
This month we wanted to make our product better for you, the WebsiteBox user! We scoured through your suggestions and had conversations to discover what you really needed from the platform and we made the following improvements.
You will now have a new way to get your questions answered through our improved Support Service. There has also been a major improvement to the IDX (this was one of the most requested features) and we improved the collaboration aspect of our Tasks App. Read all about these improvements below and as always feel free to post your suggestions in our Community Forum.
1. A Better Way To Get Support
Recently we launched a new way to get help and support. You can now live chat with a member of the WebsiteBox team by clicking on the orange chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of your Control Panel.
You can also share screenshots and images. This will help you add more details to your questions and receive easy to understand instructions
Instead of submitting tickets you will be able to view all your past interactions with WebsiteBox in one place. This means that you can constantly refer back to past conversations so that you can see what tips you were given and follow up on the status of issues.
2. IDX Feature
Want to only display Active Listings (not pending) in the search results for your IDX Gadget? Well now you can! We made a major improvement to our IDX which allows you to choose the Property Status of the listings that appear in search results or a property showcase. This feature was requested by many users, it adds another layer of customization to the IDX tool.
3. Tasks App
We improved the collaboration aspect of our Tasks App, you can now assign tasks to your colleagues provided that they are WebsiteBox clients as well.
