Sandicor, Inc. (SANDICOR)

There is a $50 annual charge to cover RETS data fees. This charge will be processed by WebsiteBox annually to your account. Also the Sandicor MLS board charges a $25 application fee to all MLS members applying for IDX. This new fee will be charged directly to the member by the MLS board – it is not billed through WebsiteBox.com. IDX agreements that are submitted on or after July 1st must be accompanied by the “IDX Processing Fee Payment Form”. The $25 application fee is non-refundable once Sandicor has received the application. If your agreement is submitted to the MLS board multiple times, each application will incur the $25 processing fee. To help avoid multiple fee charges please make sure to follow instructions provided with the paperwork.

CARETS - Pasadena and Glendale (ITECH)

Please complete the Authorization Form . The agent must have their Designated Broker sign off on page 1 of this form. Also required on this form are the FTP or RETS logins - the client must obtain these logins from their broker. If the client's broker already has FTP or RETS logins provided to them, they should fill in this information and only need to submit page 1 of the agreement to WebsiteBox. If the client's broker does not have FTP/RETS logins or is not opted-in to the IDX program, please have the broker complete page 2 or 3 (depending on which board you are a member of) and submit that form to the appropriate Association of Realtors to obtain the FTP or RETS logins. Page 1 should not be sent to the MLS board, as this is an internal form that WebsiteBox uses to verify IDX participation and broker permission. Once the broker receives these logins from their AOR, they can then provide them to the agent to include on the form. Once the client's broker has obtained their logins from the board, completed all information on the form (including the login info) and has their broker's signature, please submit this to WebsiteBox for approval.
